Glendalys Valdes is Kenosha County reporter for TMJ4 in Milwaukee, and received her master’s degree in journalism from Medill in 2024. As a Medill student, she worked with MuckRock, was part of the investigative team that won the 2024 McElheny Award for Local Science Journalism and was a finalist for the 20th Richard H.
