Sara Colm

Sara Colm is a former editor of the Tenderloin Times and Phnom Penh Post. She has served as a UN human rights officer and as Human Rights Watch’s Phnom Penh-based specialist on Vietnam and Cambodia. She authored Repression of Montagnards: Conflict Over Land and Religion in Vietnam’s Central Highlands(2002). Now based in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Highlands, she works as an independent consultant on human rights and indigenous peoples.
