Louise Nayer is the author of five books, including two books of poetry, as well as Burned: A Memoir, about a childhood trauma, an Oprah Great Read, and Poised for Retirement: Moving from Anxiety to Zen. She is a member of the Writer's Grotto in San Francisco and has been interviewed widely, including on NPR. She has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle, OZY, and the Arizona Quarterly.
